牛油曲奇


賣相可愛, 大人小朋友都十分喜愛. 朱古力花紋唧上曲奇後才一起入爐焗, 那就變成有朱古力味的曲奇,而不是朱古力醬曲奇了.

你已找到"耶穌"嗎?

請問唧朱古力醬在曲奇面有甚麼需要留意的?如何可唧得靚呢?用甚麼朱古力醬較好?

Hi Janice:

我係溶了朱古力(for baking就可以),入唧袋,唧在已cut模的麵團才入爐. 嗯...要留意個牛油紙/膠袋唧袋袋口不要剪太大,那會易點handle 朱古力. 朱古力不要即溶即入袋,太熱的朱古力會較稀,待它涼少少,杰身點會容易點handle.
